What we're looking for:
5+ years of professional experience in IT, with exposure to production environments, support, or service delivery roles
Experience in incident management and coordination of technical issues in complex environments
Strong communication skills and ability to act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
Experience working with external service providers, ensuring service quality and SLA compliance
Ability to manage and prioritize support requests from internal users, ensuring timely resolution
Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and handling escalations
Understanding of IT infrastructure concepts, including networks, telephony, or distributed systems
Fluency in French (mandatory), with ability to interact with service providers and stakeholders on a daily basis
Nice to have:
Experience in Service Delivery Management or similar roles
Exposure to telecom or network environments (WAN/LAN, VoIP, VoWiFi)
Experience with capacity planning and impact analysis for infrastructure projects
Knowledge of monitoring or metrology tools
Experience working with large enterprise environments and subcontracting models
Technical background in software engineering, DevOps, or cloud environments
