About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our operations in Portugal. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our local Project Manager and central Recruitment Team in Poland. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing the recruitment process for operational and specialist roles
* BUILDING a strong candidate database and professional network
* Maintaining relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
* Providing administrative support related to HR and personnel documentation
* Ensuring effective onboarding for new employees and facilitating seamless internal communication
To excel in this role, you'll need previous recruitment experience, preferably in the technical or energy sector. Excellent English skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and strong negotiation and organizational skills are also essential.
