We are hiring a senior designer to own the experience across our product ecosystem: website, marketing materials, LMS, and the next-generation app.What you will do- Lead end-to-end design across critical areas of the product, from website to LMS to the upcoming app - Work side by side with Product, Research and Engineering in short cycles - Contribute to and expand our Figma Design System - Design for distinct learner personas across three geographies - Defend design decisions with research, data and clarityWho you are- 6+ years in digital UX/UI, strong visual craft and solid UX fundamentals - Fluent in Figma (variables, auto-layout, design systems) - Able to turn ambiguity into wireframes and shipped UI - Direct communicator with stakeholders, no fluff - Professional English, comfortable across time zonesBonus- Background in e-learning, SaaS or long-form content products - Sensitivity for marketing content and brand storytelling - Previous experience with multi-market teamsAI in our workflowAI is part of the product we ship and the process we work with.
