To strengthen the team we are looking for a Project Manager (m / f), with availability to work in the International Area.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Analysing the information and technical specifications and elements of the basic project, as well as the budget, in order to plan and organise the various stages of construction;
- Analysing the specifications and clauses of the contract and their milestones, in order to define and organise the construction stages;
- Defining and planning global guidelines with the Site Managers assigned to the project, in order to organise activities and critical paths, so as to anticipate contingencies and comply with technical, contractual and QHSE requirements;
- Lead negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers and approve comparative maps according to the defined workflow;
- Monitoring comparative maps, budgets, purchases and subcontracts in order to anticipate potential deviations and implement corrective measures when necessary;
- Ensuring contractual management with the Client, reporting on work performance, constraints and fulfilment of milestones;
- Ensuring frequent cost control of the project and compliance with the budget and work deadlines;
- Participating in the structuring of operating, reporting and performance models, defining timings, templates, processes and workflows in order to contribute to the operational efficiency of the area's operation and performance;
- Ensuring the human resources management of the internal team, promoting the development of skills (technical and behavioural), as well as ensuring that the teams are aligned with the Group's values and that there is a good working environment, in order to ensure that everyone is valued;
- Complying with and promoting the principles established in the Integrated Management Policy (Quality, Safety and Environment) and the Management System procedures approved by the Organisation.

REQUIREMENTS :

- Higher education in Civil, Electrical and Computer Engineering or equivalent;
- 5 years' experience in a similar role;
- Experience in contract management, risk management and planning;
- Experience in an international environment and international availability;
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and SAP (preferred);
- Oral and written fluency in Spanish and English (mandatory).
