OverviewSAP Success Factors Preferred Success is seeking a Functional Specialist to join our team and provide consultant-level expertise to support the outcome-based goals of our cloud customers. The Functional Specialist will play a crucial role in delivering tailored adoption recommendation services and large-scale adoption events for SAP Preferred Success customers and their CSMs.ResponsibilitiesRemotely deliver 1:1 and 1: M adoption and consumption-focused services and workshops across SAP Success Factors Suite depending on area of expertise and certification.Act as a subject matter expert for the designated area(s), developing exclusive content for SAP Preferred Success HCM customers while collaborating with stakeholders to drive the evolution of the SAP Preferred Success HCM offering.QualificationsAssociate Certification in Compensation and Variable Pay and one other SAP Success Factors Talent Suite module (Performance & Goals and/or Succession & Development), and HCM Platform.Minimum 3-5 years' experience in development, implementation, and/or optimization of SAP Success Factors Compensation and Variable Pay. Implementation and/or optimization of SAP Performance & Goals and/or Succession & Development is an advantage.Excellent English written and verbal communication skills to effectively work with technical and non-technical colleagues and customers. Additional languages are an advantage.University undergraduate degree in computer science, engineering, or a comparable field or other comparable experience.Please note that this position does not include a relocation package.
