This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of our financial control function, shaping the systems and processes that support our next stage of growth.About the RoleAs Controller, you'll be responsible for managing all accounting and financial control activities, ensuring accuracy, transparency across the business. You'll build and maintain asolid accounting system, streamline procedures, and provide actionable insights to guide management and investors. You will be directly reporting to the COO of the companyKey Responsibilities Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting cycles. Design, implement, and improve internal controls and accounting systems. Cash flow management, and reconciliations. Collaborate with leadership on real estate transactions and investment analysis. Deliver timely and reliable financial insights to support decision-making.Those responsibilities will be held across the companies of the group.QualificationsDegree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent preferred. 2-5 years of experience in controlling or finance, ideally within real estate or investment sectors. Hands-on, structured professionalwith the ability tobuild robust accounting frameworksand processes from the ground up. Strong understanding of IFRS and Portuguese accounting standards. Excellent Excel and financial modelling skills; proficiency with modern accounting tools.
