The challenge

We're looking for a motivated and curious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join BRAINR and play a key role in building the top of our sales funnel.

As an SDR, you'll be the first point of contact between BRAINR and potential customers. You will help identify opportunities, understand customer challenges, and connect the right prospects with our Sales team. This role is often the first step in a long term career in B2B sales, with clear growth paths into roles such as Account Executive, Sales Lead, or Sales Manager.

You'll be working in a B2B SaaS startup, developing a next generation AI enabled MES for the food industry. We work with structured processes and proven methodologies, but we continuously test, learn, and improve based on data. You'll be expected to think critically, experiment, and contribute to our culture of continuous improvement.

This is a hands on and demanding role that will challenge your communication skills, focus, discipline, and resilience. At the same time, it's a strong learning opportunity where we'll actively support your development as a sales professional.

What You'll Be Doing

Contact potential clients based on a defined target list
Qualify inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and other channels
Identify decision makers and understand their business needs
Clearly articulate how BRAINR can address those needs
Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives
Ensure accurate and complete lead information in our CRM
Work closely with Sales and Marketing to execute lead generation and account based strategies
Meet or exceed defined sales development targets

Minimum Requirements

What we're looking for

Strong interest in starting a career in B2B technology sales
Commercial mindset and genuine curiosity about customer problems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proactive, organized, and goal oriented attitude
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and continuously improve

We value attitude, motivation, and learning capacity more than prior experience. A university degree is a plus, as it demonstrates commitment and goal orientation, but it is not a strict requirement. You'll receive structured onboarding and continuous training during your first months at BRAINR.
