Global Finance Project Manager Opportunity
Are you looking for a challenging role that allows you to drive project management activities and support finance business process optimization?
This exciting opportunity has arisen in our Global Business Service (GBS) unit, where we are strengthening our core model and enhancing our enabler feature to optimize processes.
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving project management activities such as task coordination, resource allocation, data analysis, progress monitoring, stakeholder management, communication, documentation and reporting, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive project management activities including task coordination and resource allocation
- Analyze and present relevant qualitative information to support root cause analysis
- Monitor and track project progress against the plan and timelines
- Manage stakeholder expectations and motivation
- Facilitate clear communication among team members and stakeholders with multidisciplinary skills and different cultural backgrounds
- Document and provide status reports
- Identify and mitigate potential risks
Support Finance BPO Activities:
- Participate in project scoping and roadmap definition
- Oversee process KPIs and identify initiatives
Requirements:
- Master degree in business administration, engineering, or project management
- 5 years of professional experience
- 3 years experience in similar functions (project management and process owner teams)
- Knowledge of Lean principles/tools
- Ability to do data analysis, and reporting and KPls preparation
- Digital tech savvy profile with experience in tools like Sharepoint, Power automate, SmartSheet
- Experience in developing projects with multinational and high level stakeholders
- Excellent presentation skills and capabilities to address different levels of the organization
- Experience in adapting quickly to new environments, learning new processes, and establishing connections between them
- Basic knowledge on finance area and shared service centers environment
- Knowledge in SAP ECC & S/4 Hana architecture is a plus
- Available to travel occasionally to lead meetings and workshops in other countries
