About the Role
As a MES Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening and optimizing our digital manufacturing operations. Acting as the bridge between production and IT systems, you'll ensure seamless data flow, process automation, and system integration within a high-performance manufacturing environment.
The Key Responsibilities:
* Configure, maintain, and optimize MES software to support production operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Develop and maintain custom MES applications, scripts, and interfaces using C# and SQL.
* Collaborate with production teams, IT, and automation engineers to ensure MES aligns with operational requirements and data integrity standards.
* Troubleshoot MES-related issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
* Integrate MES with ERP, PLCs, and other manufacturing systems to ensure seamless data communication.
* Design and generate production performance reports, dashboards, and KPIs using SQL queries and custom scripts.
* Participate in system upgrades, testing, and validation to maintain compliance and efficiency.
* Document MES configurations, change management procedures, and system architecture.
* Provide training and technical support to production staff and engineers.
