ERP / CRM Project Manager

I'm currently working with a well-established client that is looking to hire an experiencedERP / CRM Project Managerto join its growing team inPorto or Lisbon.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background inproject delivery,business solutions, andMicrosoft ERP environmentswho enjoys working closely with clients and leading projects from planning through to delivery.
The role will suit someone who is comfortable managing stakeholders, coordinating resources, and supporting the successful implementation ofD365 ERPand other business applications across a range of client environments.
The role will involve:
Managing the delivery of ERP and CRM implementation projects
Coordinating internal teams, timelines, and client expectations
Supporting the design and implementation of business solutions
Analysing and mapping business processes to support solution delivery
Working across areas such asSupply Chain, Retail, Manufacturing, and Finance
Ensuring projects are delivered effectively usingAgile and Waterfallmethodologies
Building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Supporting project governance, planning, and ongoing communication throughout the delivery lifecycle
The client is looking for someone with:
At least3 years' experiencein aProject Managerrole
Experience deliveringbusiness applicationorERP implementationprojects
Good understanding of business processes withinSupply Chain and Finance
Experience withAgile and Waterfalldelivery methodologies
A background in consultancy or IT project environments would be highly beneficial
Knowledge of ERP platforms such asMicrosoft Dynamics, SAP, Sage, Primavera, PHC, or similar
Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
Fluency inPortuguese and English
Availability to travel when required for project delivery
