Our Sales Team
Our sales teams drive Reckitt's purpose by building successful partnerships with our customers, both in-stores and online. With around 10,000 sales professionals worldwide, our teams operate across various roles including Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing, and Category Development.
Role Overview
As a Channel Manager, you will shape and energize how our renowned brands perform across sales channels. You will develop channel strategies, lead a dedicated team, and directly influence our mission for a healthier world. Key Responsibilities
1. Lead category management projects with customers and act as a trusted advisor.
2. Develop business insights aligned with customer and company goals.
3. Support local markets with strategic insights to drive value.
4. Research shopper and category behaviors to inform strategies.
5. Execute category management visions through reviews and assortment optimizations.
6. Provide actionable insights to Brand and Marketing Managers.
7. Lead customer strategies and activation plans, collaborating with Key Account Managers and Field Teams.
8. Define channel tactics and develop impactful customer-specific solutions.
9. Create customer promotion plans and manage omnichannel campaigns.
10. Develop in-store materials and analyze execution performance.
11. Propose and monitor local success models (LSM) for categories.
12. Leverage sell-out and loyalty data to generate shopper-relevant insights.
13. Implement data-driven strategies to create value for retailers.
Candidate Profile
* Minimum 2 years experience as Brand Manager, Category Manager, or in Trade Marketing.
* Fluent in English and Portuguese.
* Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, SAP, and customer portals is advantageous.
* Strong partnership-building skills across sales channels.
* Experience in cross-functional collaboration with marketing and finance.
* Solid understanding of customer and channel strategies, with sales negotiation expertise.
* Financial acumen, including profit and loss management.
* Experience in sales strategies and eCommerce platforms.
* Expertise in trade marketing and digital engagement.
