Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled IT/Telecom Project Manager to join our New Markets Regional Subsidiary Unit. In this role, you will be responsible for managing high-complexity projects across our RSUs, ensuring efficient project delivery within budget and with high quality, while providing excellent remote and on-site technical support. You will play a key role in shaping the success of our global operations while collaborating with diverse teams.
This position is based at our HQ office in Maia.
Key Responsibilities and Objectives
* Responsibility for high-complexity project delivery.
* Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects.
* Produce and deliver Technical project reports.
* Responsibility over Customer communication/satisfaction related to project delivery.
* Within the scope of execution of tasks/worksheets of Projects:
* Configuration of Telecommunications and Multimedia equipment (Routers, Switches, Access points, TVs, STBs, camera, Appliances, Servers...).
* Coordination with other Company Product Units for Content, Cloud components for project delivery.
* Reports execution of surveys to structured networks and Wi-Fi in coordination with Field Technicians.
* Preparation of technical task report/maintenance worksheets.
* Field Technician task coordination capacity (own and subcontracted).
* Support planned field interventions and follow up on issues.
* Produce technical report and execute project handover to Customer Support.
Must Have
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field.
* Proven experience in project management, preferably in telecommunications, IT, or multimedia.
* Technical knowledge of network infrastructure, telecommunications, and multimedia systems.
* Experience with configuring and deploying networking equipment.
* Familiarity with structured cabling, Wi-Fi networks, and cloud solutions.
* Fluency in English (spoken and written).
* Availability to travel.
* Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

* Proficiency in additional languages.
* Understanding of VoIP, IPTV, and hospitality technology solutions.
