What do you need to have:
Ability to understand business processes
Ability to understand and adapt existing code
Knowledge or interest in backend programming (Java, ...) will be a plus
Knowledge or interest in C# or Shell scripting or Python will be a plus
Knowledge in GIT or other source control tool will be a plus
Experience working in an Agile environment and SCRUM methodologies will be a plus
Interest in the banking industry (valued)
Be proactive and demonstrate strong critical thinking skills to drive innovative solutions and improve our processes
