Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinate engineering projects across various locations.
* Ensure efficient service from suppliers and compliance with deadlines.
* Source new suppliers and stay informed about industry developments.
* Lead operational engineering teams daily, delegating tasks strategically and efficiently.
* Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Analyze reports and implement process improvements.
* Train and develop engineering teams.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
* At least 2-3 years of experience in a supervisor role, preferably in hospitality.
* Solid technical knowledge of all engineering systems.
* Fluent language skills are mandatory.
* Proficient in IT/digital tools.
* Knowledge of health and safety practices and regulations.
* Excellent planning and leadership skills.
