/ppbr / /ppstrongYour new Role: /strong /ppAs an R2R Oversight Accountant, you will provide effective and efficient accounting services to segments ensuring they are supported, submitting returns and complying with management accounting procedures.
The role will involve engaging with other functions of the SSC as well as the supported segments ensuring that pre-determined process around management accounting activities are followed.
/ppbr / /ppstrongYour responsibilities will include: /strong /pulliEnsure that all R2R processes at the regional level are in adherence to accounting standards (GAAP/IAS) to achieve reliability and integrity of financial data.
/liliEnsure that the R2R internal controls/SOX requirements are performed on time.
/liliPreparation, review, and sign-off of balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
/liliSupport the preparation and review of period close entries, and general ledger accounts reconciliation and analysis.
/liliCoordinate month-end and quarter-end reporting schedules.
/liliDevelop, track, and maintain master data KPIs, including data accuracy, completeness, and turnaround time, to support performance monitoring and continuous improvement.
/liliProvide input and collaboration with cross-functional teams on the design and optimization of new R2R processes, contributing to the enhancement of efficiency and productivity within the department.

/li /ulpbr / /ppstrongWhat you will need to be successful: /strong /pulliBachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or any related field.
/lili2-5 years' of R2R experience.
/liliExperience of working in a finance environment; br / numerate with the ability to understand, interpret and communicate complex accounts and financial reports.
/liliPrevious experience working with the US market will be considered a plus.
/liliStrong command of verbal and written English.
/liliExcellent IT skills, including Excel.
/liliGood systems knowledge, preferably experience working with SAP.
/liliProven track record of achieving KPI's.
/liliAbility to deliver to strict guidelines and to tight deadlines.
/liliMust be able to demonstrate a high standard of communications skills, with the ability to identify the optimum communication channel as well as excellent customer service skills.
