The Guest Relations role at
JNcQUOI Deli Comporta
is responsible for ensuring an exceptional, personalized, and seamless guest experience from arrival to departure.
This position acts as the key point of contact for VIP guests, members, and high-profile clients, maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality, discretion, and service excellence aligned with the JNcQUOI brand.
Main Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience;
Manage VIP guests and special requests with discretion and attention to detail;
Coordinate with restaurant, bar, and beach teams to ensure service excellence;
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally;
Maintain accurate guest profiles and preferences.
Profile:
Experience in luxury hospitality, beach clubs, or 5-star hotels;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
High level of discretion and emotional intelligence;
Fluent in Portuguese and English (additional languages are valued);
Flexible availability, including weekends and peak season.
