We are looking for a Fullstack Web Developer (70% front-end & 30% back-end).
Main responsibilities:Develop and maintain web applications with a focus on performance, security, and quality of service;Participate in the full lifecycle of feature development, from design to deployment;Resolve complex technical issues and ensure smooth operation of web applications;Identify opportunities to improve development processes, automation, and operational efficiency;Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions;Define and monitor KPIs and metrics to support data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.Required profile:Strong JavaScript experience (React / Next.js) for frontend development;Backend experience with Node.js;Experience with APIs and their integration/management;Familiarity with DevOps workflows, GitHub, and automation;Knowledge of cloud environments, preferably Azure;Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and scripting for automation;Fullstack vision and ability to contribute across the stack;Nice to have: Terraform/Bicep, monitoring tools, experience in web operations, knowledge of security best practices.What we offer:Health insurance and additional benefits;Training and professional development plan;Career progression opportunities;Dynamic and collaborative work environment;Hybrid work model (2 days per week at the office).
