We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst for an exciting project!
What you will do:
1. Develop functional analyses by designing solutions that meet identified needs while ensuring compliance with:
1. The organization's business rules;
2. Applicable regulatory requirements;
3. The existing functional architecture principles of the organization;
4. Best practices in functional analysis methodology (processes, workflows, logical data design, and mapping of information in system interfaces).
2. Provide support and follow-up on functional deliverables for various teams, including Business, Development, Support, and Operations.
What you need to bring:
1. 3 to 4 years of experience in IT projects;
2. At least 2 years of experience in process modeling, analysis, and architecture;
3. Minimum 3 years of experience in business/functional analysis;
4. Experience in logical/physical modeling (e.g., UML, Data Modeling, ER Model);
5. Proficiency in English and French;
6. Experience in Agile environments.
