In your role as a TA partner you will:
* Partner with Hiring teams to ensure that the best talent is hired
* Take care of the end-to-end recruitment processes
* Identify relevant sourcing channels, mainly for CX roles
* Contribute to building and strengthening our employer brand
* Manage recruitment needs within firm deadlines
* Develop relations with stakeholders

You will be great for this role if you:
* Have a minimum of 3 years recruitment experience
* Can write and speak Spanish at a native level, plus English too
* Are proactive and can manage a fast-paced environment
* Are a team player with strong communication skills
* Work in an organised way and take ownership of your tasks
* Love working with people and talking to candidates
* Previous experience from a BPO environment would be a benefit
