The SEEDS Talent Program is more than a professional internship — it’s your first step into the world of global finance and technology. Here, you’ll plant the seeds for a career that can grow beyond borders. Over the course of 6 months, you’ll work side-by-side with experienced professionals, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to projects that have a real impact on the way we feed the world.

Where can you grow?
Get to the heart of our financial operations and choose your path:
1. P2P (Procure to Pay) – Support our end-to-end purchasing process.
2. Order to Cash – Ensure smooth financial flows from order to payment.
3. SSC Finance – Work with our Shared Services Center on key transactions.
4. Report to Record – Dive into reporting, controls, and financial accuracy.
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for recent graduates with:
1. Up to 1 year of professional experience. If you have another professional internship experience, you will not be eligible for our opportunities.
2. Backgrounds in Finance, Economics, or related fields for Finance Opportunities.
3. Curiosity, drive to learn, team spirit, and a hands-on attitude.
4. Fluency in English (other languages are a plus).
5. Availability to come to the office: The trainee must come to the office at least 60% of the time.
