Lead Reliability Expert for Sustainable Heating Solutions
We're seeking a seasoned reliability engineer to drive innovation in sustainable heating technologies. As a key member of our R&D team, you will contribute to the development of air-to-water heat pump systems that are crucial for modern buildings.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement reliability requirements from real-life load profiles to ensure long-term product performance.
* Facilitate product quality sessions, including FMEAs, focus matrix discussions, DRBFMs, and risk assessments aligned with industry standards.
* Plan, set up, and execute reliability and validation tests.
* Conduct technical and safety reviews throughout the product development lifecycle.
* Collaborate on the refinement of reliability methods and support field monitoring efforts.
* Communicate test results effectively to cross-functional development teams, informing data-driven decisions.
Requirements:
* Bachelor or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Physics Engineering, or a related field.
* A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in product development, quality function, validation, or similar. Experience within the relevant industry or familiarity with industry processes is highly beneficial.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Familiarity with lab tools like Matlab or LabView is advantageous.
