We would like to meet an Agile Coach / Scrum Master Community Lead for a project with a hybrid working model. Responsibilities Promote Agile methodologies and support Scrum/Agile teams in becoming autonomous and high‐performing. Define, implement and continuously improve Agile best practices across the organization. Coach Agile teams using methodologies and tools adapted to each team's context and maturity. Organize and deliver Agile training sessions for Product Owners, Scrum Masters, analysts, developers, testers and other stakeholders. Collaborate with the training department to define and maintain the Agile training framework. Participate in Agile project set‐up phases, contributing to team composition and capability assessment. Support project qualification activities, ensuring alignment between business goals and Agile team structure. Lead and develop the Scrum Masters community, promoting collaboration, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Define and update Scrum Master activities, responsibilities and standards. Support organizational change initiatives and Agile transformation activities at all levels. Coach teams on software craftsmanship and modern development practices such as Clean Code, TDD, CI/CD and DevOps culture. Requirements Proven experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master Lead, or similar Agile transformation role. Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe or XP. Experience coaching cross‐functional Agile teams in complex environments. Strong facilitation, mentoring and stakeholder management skills. Experience delivering Agile workshops and training sessions. Ability to lead communities of practice and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Good understanding of software engineering best practices and Agile craftsmanship concepts. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Fluency in English.
