Job Overview
Our organization is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage data-related tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing datasets, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Track and update open tickets related to infrastructure services data.
* Coordinate with technical experts to gather accurate data and contextual insights.
* Register data into the designated database following strict data format conventions and quality standards.
* Identify gaps or integrity issues in the dataset and raise tickets for remediation and tracking.
* Assign tickets to appropriate experts and monitor progress through resolution.
* Support the Service Owner and Service Delivery Manager in administrative and data coordination tasks.
* Perform additional duties as required to support service delivery within our infrastructure framework.
Required Qualifications:
* At least 2 years of experience in a corporate or administrative environment involving data management or operational assistance.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills both verbal and written.
* Fluent in English spoken and written with recent experience working in an English-speaking environment.
* Strong interpersonal and networking skills with a proactive and professional attitude.
* Proven ability to solve problems autonomously while collaborating within a team.
* Comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders and handling complex data coordination tasks.
