As the primary point of contact for their office, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of day‐to‐day operations, enabling our leadership to focus on strategic priorities and educational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesDiary & Inbox Management – Proactively manage the Senior Team Lead's calendar, scheduling meetings and prioritising competing demands with munication Hub – Act as the first point of contact for staff, parents, and external stakeholders, handling all enquiries with professionalism, diplomacy, and eting Support – Organise leadership meetings, prepare agendas, compile briefing materials, and take accurate minutes, ensuring all follow‐up actions are tracked and completed.Documentation & Reporting – Draft, edit, and format high‐level correspondence, reports, and presentations in both Portuguese and English.Liaison & Coordination – Serve as a bridge for smooth communication between the leadership office and internal departments, supporting whole‐school initiatives.Event & Project Support – Assist in the coordination of school events, senior‐level recruitment processes, and special administrative projects as nfidentiality – Handle sensitive information regarding staff, students, and school operations with the highest level of discretion.The Ideal Candidate Will HaveExperience – Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably in an international or educational environment.Linguistic Skills – Native or near‐native fluency in Portuguese and high proficiency in English.Technical Proficiency – Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and experience with school management systems is an anisational Excellence – Exceptional time‐management skills and the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.Interpersonal Flair – Strong communication skills and a professional demeanour that reflects the values of St. Peter's.Values‐Driven – A commitment to the school's core values of Rigour, Respect, and Responsibility.Safeguarding StatementInspired Education Group is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff, volunteers and other third parties to share this commitment.
