As a Leader, you'll play a valuable role in innovation bets, engineering practices and team development.What you'll be doingBe hands‐on in the code with delivering the product owner prioritized features to our Modern Data Platform and related AI platform.Lead skilled platform & data engineers based on industry thought leadership and appropriate methods.Shape team strategic outcomes within our Technology and Data Strategies.Facilitate engineering bets & trade‐offs to maximize business outcomes, speed, quality and minimum viable compliance with an engaged team.Technical leadership within one or several technologies, architectures or techniques.You'll join a forward‐thinking, multi‐disciplinary and engaged leadership team in NAM Engineering.
