Spanish Language Support Specialist Role

Main Responsibilities:
* Provide customer service through email and chat in both Spanish and English
* Solve inquiries, offer guidance, and follow protocols
* Document interactions using internal tools accurately
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Native or fluent Portuguese speaker residing near Porto
* Customer service experience, preferably in email/chat support
* Intermediate level of proficiency in Spanish (B2-C1) for confident written communication
* Intermediate English skills (B2) for training and internal communication purposes
* Availability to work flexible shifts, including nights
