Our client is a Portuguese technological spin‐off currently positioned as a relevant player in the Cybersecurity and Cloud Storage sector. As a result of its growth, the company intends to hire a Marketing profile to help boost marketing execution in areas such as brand, digital, content, product marketing, and channel support.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the company's marketing strategy across brand, content, and product marketing, with a strong focus on execution, learning, and iteration.Own and evolve the company's brand positioning and messaging, ensuring consistency across all channels, assets, and communications.Create and manage marketing initiatives that strengthen awareness, generate market pull, and support product adoption.Develop, maintain, and improve high‐quality marketing materials for direct sales use and partner enablement, including presentations, one‐pagers, website copy, campaign assets, case studies, and product‐related content.Work closely with channel partners, including resellers and distributors, to support marketing activity, track engagement and results, and identify opportunities for growth.Propose, launch, and optimise campaigns across channels, including digital, content, and partner‐led initiatives, taking ownership from concept through execution and follow‐up.Manage and improve the company's online presence, including website content, social media activity, and other marketing channels' performance.Collaborate closely with product and sales teams to align messaging, campaigns, launches, and go‐to‐market priorities.Define, track, and report on key marketing and partner KPIs, with a strong focus on impact, accountability, and continuous improvement.Analyse market trends, competitor positioning, and campaign performance to inform decisions and refine strategy.Manage the marketing budget responsibly and help ensure resources are allocated effectively across priorities.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, or related fields.Experience in marketing, product marketing, channel marketing, or a similar role.Strong execution mindset, with the ability to move from idea to delivery with autonomy and attention to detail.Ability to create clear, high‐quality marketing content and materials across different formats and audiences.Good understanding of marketing channels, content marketing, and campaign management.Experience working with partners, distributors, resellers, or channel ecosystems is highly valued.Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical or product concepts into clear market‐facing messaging.Analytical mindset, with comfort tracking KPIs, interpreting performance, and improving based on results.Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel.Collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively with sales, product, leadership, and external partners.Comfort working in a growing company environment, where initiative, adaptability, and ownership matter.Experience supporting go‐to‐market initiatives in channel‐first organisations.Familiarity with white‐label marketing or distributor‐led models.Experience with marketing tools such as CRM, email automation, analytics, CMS, and campaign platforms.Knowledge of partner enablement practices and co‐marketing execution.Understanding of how technical products are positioned to enterprise and public sector audiences.BenefitsHybrid work modelLanguages: Native Portuguese and Advanced EnglishRandstad's mission is to become the world's most equitable and specialized talent company.
