Customer Support Representative
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our client's customer support team. This is an exciting opportunity for those who enjoy working with customers, resolving issues, and providing excellent service.
Your role will involve assisting customers via multiple channels, including email and phone. You will be the first point of contact for customers, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
You will be responsible for managing customer bookings, cancellations, and billing issues. This will require strong problem-solving skills, patience, and attention to detail.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be required to gather customer information and input it into our platform. This will help us to better understand our customers' needs and preferences.
We are looking for someone who is tech-savvy, able to learn new software quickly, and has excellent communication skills. You will be working independently, managing multiple tasks efficiently, and responding promptly to contact requests.
