Key Responsibilities
Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of tech projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Coordinate cross-functional teams.
Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
Anticipate challenges and solve problems proactively, keeping projects on track.
Promote best practices and continuous improvement in delivery processes.
Support team performance and growth, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in project and team management within the tech industry.
Fluency in Portuguese and English (essential).
Experience with agile methodologies.
Strong understanding of technical concepts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving mindset.
