About The Job
- The Business Management Manager supports BNP Paribas' management, ensuring the alignment of the scope with the strategic objectives set up, both locally and functionally.
Your Main Activities Are
- Oversee the Department in the delivery of complex projects and activities and ensure quality of deliverables and adherence to deadlines.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, locally and globally and liaise with all related teams internally to create best practices across BNP Paribas.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with the various stakeholders, ensuring a collaborative mindset while achieving both the local and global objectives.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the functional area and other departments / Stakeholders / Business Partners.
- Support Team managers in monitoring team's activities, ensuring quality of delivery aligned with clients' expectations.
- Provide coaching in team management, personal and professional development and define performance objectives.
- Grow the team's brand equity & reputation as a trusted and reliable asset to support the BNP Paribas transformation objectives.
- Facilitate collaboration among Team‑Managers to share best practices, avoid duplication, and leverage synergies, cultivating a continuous improvement mindset.
- Promote an inclusive, high‑engagement culture across all teams.
Profile And Skills To Success
- Master's Degree in Information Technology and Computer Science.
- At least 7 years of experience in Banking and Financial Operations.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools, namely Excel and PowerPoint.
- Decision making skills.
- Ability to collaborate and to influence.
- Ability to develop and leverage networks.
- Ability to understand, explain and support change.
- Ability to inspire others and generate people's commitment.
