Keep reading.Your responsibilities and impact as a Technical Support Representative will be:Serving as the first point of contact for users in The Netherlands and Belgium using a cloud-based legal and accounting platformCreating and managing support cases in a CRM systemTroubleshooting functional and technical issues related to performance and usageIndependently researching solutions to client issuesEscalating complex cases to the appropriate departments when necessaryDelivering a professional and friendly support experience through phone and emailSkills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:Native-level Dutch and a good command of English (B2 or higher)Strong technical affinity or experience in IT/technical supportClear communication skills and a client-focused mindsetProblem-solving skills and the ability to work calmly under pressureOrganized and comfortable using digital tools, including CRM systemsEU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residence permitWhat's in it for you?
