We are a consulting boutique-firm, operating in fast-paced industries and with diversified, global operations. We currently seek a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the full marketing function, steering brand strategies and driving growth. This is a senior, high-ownership, and results-driven role focused on shaping a collaborative, high-performance marketing culture.
Brand Strategy
* Brand ownership and evolution — positioning, visual identity, tone of voice, and market narrative across all touchpoints
* Ensure brand consistency across all markets, channels, and locations
* Brand reputation
* Lead content strategy across all channels
* Oversee PR & Communication focusing on external positioning and internal alignment
* Shape Social Media presence balancing authenticity and innovative messaging
Sales Acceleration
* Develop sales collateral, pitch decks, messaging, and other marketing material to support sales process
* Design and maintain an (evolving) asset library accessible to all commercial stakeholders
* Track enablement effectiveness through pipeline contribution and commercial team feedback
Growth
* Own the full demand generation engine: paid acquisition (Google, LinkedIn, Meta), SEO, email, and organic channels
* Design and optimize lead capture and conversion funnels
* Experimentation: Run A/B testing and continuous optimization across campaigns, landing pages, and email flows
Experience & Background
* 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role managing multiple marketing disciplines
* Proven experience in B2B/B2C environment
* Track record of building or scaling marketing functions — not just managing within established structures
* Demonstrated success in both brand and performance marketing — comfortable with creative strategy and data-driven growth
* Experience managing and developing a team
* International or multi-market marketing experience is a strong plus
* Experience with AI-powered execution
Skills & Capabilities
* Exceptional written and verbal communication in English
* Solid presentation skills and ability to address different audiences, including leadership team.
* Strong sales acumen — understanding of revenue, pipeline, client's journey, matching marketing decisions to business outcomes
* Proficiency with marketing technology stacks: CRM (HubSpot or equivalent), paid platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn), analytics, and email automation
* Strategic thinker who can also execute
* Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
* Data-literate — comfortable building reports, interpreting performance data, and making evidence-based decisions
