The ideal candidate will have solid experience in system administration, storage technologies, and backup solutions, with the ability to design and deliver production-ready architectures.
Key Responsibilities
* Participate in the design and implementation of storage and backup solutions.
* Contribute to architecture specifications and technical documentation.
Requirements
* Strong knowledge of system administration (RHEL-based, Ubuntu, Windows Server).
* Proven experience in SAN and Storage Administration.
* Hands-on experience with Commvault Backup administration.
* Experience managing backup backends (Fujitsu Eternus, DELL Data Domain).
* Solid understanding of hardware and systems (servers, switching).
* Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networking.
* Scripting skills in Bash and/or Python.
* Ability to design and deliver production-ready architectures.
* Collaborative, detail-oriented, and focused professional.
Desirable Skills
* Experience with other backup administration tools (e.g., DELL PowerProtect Data Manager, Veritas NetBackup).
* DevOps-oriented mindset (Git-based workflows, configuration as code, CI/CD pipelines).
* Working proficiency with Terraform and Ansible.
