Program Manager – Carrier Global Corporation Location: Matosinhos, Porto, Portugal Full timeKey Responsibilities:Manage end‐to‐end product development programs, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market requirements.Lead cross‐functional teams, including resource allocation and goal setting.Drive product platform development from marketing requirements through design and full‐scale production.Collaborate with regional marketing and sales teams to deliver customer‐centric solutions.Apply Carrier Excellence and Passport processes to manage inter‐functional teams.Plan, monitor, and control program timelines, budgets, and resources.Engage with a global supplier base to deliver reliable and cost‐effective solutions.Communicate program objectives, progress, and risks to senior management.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 3+ years of experience, or MBA/Master's in Engineering or Business with 3+ years of experience.Strong program and project management expertise.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.Solid knowledge of product quality tools and hands‐on experience applying them.Technical understanding of transport refrigeration systems for truck/trailer applications is a strong advantage.Full professional proficiency in English.Technical Program Manager – Entrust Location: Minnesota, USA (flexible remote)Key Responsibilities:Own delivery of programs of work.Assemble and organize a cross‐functional core team.Create and maintain program plan and roadmap.Drive initiative‐level and quarterly planning.Set up and measure OKRs.Ensure the core team is in sync; stakeholders are well‐informed, and decisions are made promptly.Proactively manage dependencies with other functions.Identify, track, communicate, and resolve risks and blockers.Improve internal processes and tools, introducing industry best practices.Facilitate communications (e.g., internal newsletters) to ensure visibility of initiatives and results.Essential Skills and Experience:2–5 years of experience in technical project management or program management.Proven track record of delivering features or products from ideation to launch.Experience launching products or features to new markets or geographies.Comfortable discussing technical matters with business people and vice versa.Quick learner and adaptable to dynamic environments.Strong skills in navigating ambiguity and working with diverse personalities and stakeholders.Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (Jira, Confluence, Productboard, Looker).Desirable Experiences:Experience in regulated environments, such as financial institutions.Background developing SDKs and/or SaaS products.Familiarity with product certifications and audits.Knowledge of AWS and GCP cloud platforms.Program Manager, Professional Services – PagerDuty Location: Lisbon, Portugal (bimonthly onsite)Key Responsibilities:Partner with Professional Services leaders to develop and maintain forecasts for services delivery.Build and maintain systems for resource scheduling, availability tracking, and utilization reporting.Design, own, and evolve dashboards and reporting for performance and delivery velocity.Support delivery leadership in driving continuous improvement projects.Drive visibility into delivery KPIs, consultant utilization, revenue forecasting, and backlog management.Basic Qualifications:≥5 years in program management, business operations, analytics, or delivery enablement.Strong data analysis and modeling skills using Google Sheets, Excel, Tableau.Experience managing or supporting resource allocation and capacity planning.Exceptional communication skills with ability to partner across technical and non‐technical teams.Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience supporting Professional Services or consulting teams.Understanding of delivery scheduling tools.Comfort with leadership‐level stakeholders.Familiarity with project‐based delivery and revenue models.Experience with PagerDuty platform or similar environments.CBS PMO Program Manager – Convatec Key Responsibilities:Align projects with overall CBS strategy, establishing evaluation criteria.Manage interdependencies and coordination across projects.Run extensive change programs and ensure alignment with business objectives.Lead multiple teams with simultaneous projects.Engage stakeholders, document business requirements, and produce specifications.Implement operational plans with measurable contributions to objectives.Drive operational targets and support performance improvements.Skills & Experience:Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.Experience delivering business results using lean or Six Sigma.Knowledge of PMP/PRINCE II or equivalent.Experience managing improvement initiatives such as Six Sigma or Lean.Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline.≥5 years of progressive project management experience.Knowledge of CBS operations and cross‐functional PMO functions.Mid Market + SMB Pricing Automation & Offer Program Manager – Cisco Key Responsibilities:Strategic portfolio alignment & market penetration.Design and deploy scalable sales frameworks.Transform complex data into executive‐ready narratives.Establish global cadence for business reviews.Partner with global leadership to define and prioritize targets.Facilitate feedback loops between regional teams and headquarters.Collaborate with inside sales, field sales, and partners.Develop sales collateral and remove friction points.Analyze street pricing dynamics and provide recommendations.Contribute to business case for new investments.Develop and refine incentive programs.Monitor incentive efficacy.Lead design and deployment of automated reporting and AI‐driven insights.Experience Required:Previous experience leading global initiatives with stakeholder buy‐in.Experience in sales strategy or sales operations within a large tech organization.Partnering with product, finance, and regional sales leadership.Proficiency in transforming complex datasets into actionable insights.Experience designing or deploying automated workflows and AI models.All candidates will be considered on a basis of qualifications and are welcome to apply.
