Job Opportunity: Regional Delivery Leader
Berg Search is seeking a Senior Vice President to lead our regional delivery organization in EMEA.
* We are looking for an experienced leader with a strong background in technology-enabled services, research, or operations-driven organizations.
* The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience leading multi-location teams across Europe or internationally.
This role will be based between London and Lisbon, with flexibility for regular travel across both locations.
About the Role
The Senior Vice President will take full ownership of the Client Services strategy across the region, building a high-performing organization that consistently delivers value to clients.
* The successful candidate will lead and scale the Client Services organization across EMEA, establishing a strong performance-driven culture supported by clear processes and expectations.
* They will guide and mentor senior leaders and managers, ensuring consistent capability development, structured career pathways, and effective talent management.
Key Responsibilities
* People, Performance and Culture:
o Lead and scale the Client Services organization across EMEA, establishing a strong performance-driven culture supported by clear processes and expectations.
o Guide and mentor senior leaders and managers, ensuring consistent capability development, structured career pathways, and effective talent management.
* Delivery and Commercial Strategy:
o Develop and own the regional delivery strategy, ensuring operational excellence, accurate forecasting, and proactive planning.
o Partner with Commercial teams to support growth across key accounts, identify new opportunities, and enhance client engagement.
* Leadership and Cross-Functional Collaboration:
o Contribute to strategic discussions as part of the senior leadership group, representing regional priorities and supporting global initiatives.
o Collaborate closely with Product, Finance, People, and Operations teams to support continuous improvement and long-term scalability.
Experience
* A background in technology-enabled services, research, consulting, or operations-driven organizations.
* Demonstrated experience leading multi-location teams across Europe or internationally.
* Strong experience leading large delivery, operations, or service teams in high-growth or fast-paced environments.
