About The Job The IT Tribe Scrum Master's mission is to drive the successful implementation of Agile methodologies within the project while effectively ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams and external providers.Your Main Activities AreFacilitate the smooth execution of the outsourcing contract, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between internal stakeholders and external providers.Serve as a Scrum Master, guiding and coaching the project team in Agile principles and practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement and high-performance delivery.Drive the adoption and adherence to Agile methodologies, promoting transparency, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration within the project.Act as a liaison between the project team and external providers, managing expectations, resolving conflicts, and ensuring the timely delivery of contracted services.Monitor and track project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and proactively addressing any issues or bottlenecks that may impact project timelines or quality.Collaborate with the project management office and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with contractual obligations, budgetary constraints, and quality standards.Foster a positive and productive working environment, promoting teamwork, motivation, and a shared sense of ownership among team members.Continuously evaluate and improve the outsourcing contract management process, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains.Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and advancements in Agile methodologies, incorporating relevant knowledge and insights into project execution.Provide regular reports and updates to project stakeholders, highlighting progress, achievements, and any potential risks or deviations from the agreed-upon scope.Profile and Skills to SuccessBachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Business Administration or related.At least 5 years of experience in Information Technology or similar.Advanced level of English and Portuguese, both written and oral.Knowledge in:Software development methodologies and frameworks, particularly Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.Outsourcing and vendor management principles, including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and relationship management.Project management, contract management, or outsourcing management would be advantageous.Professional certifications related to Agile methodologies, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
