About the role
We're looking for a French Customer Service Host who will provide world-class customer service by responding to customer queries via telephone, email, and online chat in French as the first language and in English where applicable.
The host will manage customer-related queries, assist with tasks in other regions using company translation tools, process contacts in a multimedia environment, enter information into databases, build and manage customer relationships, cross-sell products and services, and perform additional tasks as requested by managers or shift supervisors.
Key responsibilities
Respond to customer queries via telephone, email, and chat in French and/or English
Take full responsibility for customer-related queries
Assist on tasks within other regions using company translation tools
Process and resolve incoming and outgoing contacts in a multimedia environment
Enter pertinent information into databases
Build and manage customer relationships, including cross-selling products and services
Perform additional tasks assigned by managers or shift supervisors as required
Essential skills
French as first language – strong written and verbal communication skills
Fluency in English
Availability to work on 24/7 shift rotations
Minimum high school qualification
Problem-solving skills
Excellent time management and adherence to schedule
Desirable skills
Degree possession
Proven work experience in a relevant field
