Your New Role
We are looking for an experienced professional to lead a Mobility Operations or operational specialists, ensuring high‐quality service delivery, operational excellence, and strong collaboration with global stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
* Overseeing day‐to‐day global mobility and relocation requests, ensuring timely execution and adherence to KPIs and SLAs.
* Managing, mentoring, and developing the team, promoting continuous improvement and a high‐performance culture.
* Acting as the first escalation point, resolving complex cases, conducting root‐cause analysis, and driving process enhancements.
* Ensuring procedures and documentation remain fully updated and consistent across regions.
* Collaborating with internal partners such as HR Business Partners, Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Legal, and Finance.
* Supporting internal and external audits, maintaining compliance, and strengthening internal control practices.
* Monitoring key performance indicators, preparing operational reports, and ensuring data accuracy across HR systems.
* Participating in cross‐functional projects linked to HR tools, process evolution, and global service optimization.
* Supporting recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
What You Need to Succeed
* Solid experience in International Mobility, Relocation, HR Operations or Shared Services.
* Proven track record in people management, ideally in complex and fast‐paced environments.
* Strong organizational and analytical capabilities, with attention to detail and ability to work with high volumes.
* Excellent problem‐solving skills, resilience, and a proactive mindset.
* Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders at various seniority levels.
* Experience with SAP and HRIS tools.
* Fluency in English.
