We are looking for a IT Business Analyst
Responsibilities:
* Bring operational efficiency to the processes through optimization and help in the identification of business impacts caused by the solution, preparing action plans.
* Collect, analyze, and challenge the needs expressed by the business, validating the Business Requirement documents.
* Liaise with Process Owners and Key users to build/ maintain the Detailed Functional Specifications and Test Plans documents, making sure the Test Plan is followed during test phases.
* Assist functionally the IT teams during all the project phases.
* Communicate with internal stakeholders on project status.
Requirements :
* At least 3 years of experience in BA function with strong documentation skills and analysis capacity.
* Diverse technical knowledge (Automation will be a plus).
* Knowledge of banking industry will be a plus.
* Comfortable with basic office tools.
* Knowledge in Lean Six Sigma will be a plus.
* Business-fluent in English language (speaking and writing).
