.NET Lead Engineer
As a .NET Lead, you will combine hands-on development with technical leadership, working closely with international teams.
Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers
Design and develop scalable solutions using .NET / C#
Define architecture and technical best practices
Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders
Ensure code quality, performance, and security standards
Participate in technical decisions and roadmap definition
Work in agile, international environments
Requirements
Strong experience with .NET / C#
Previous experience as Tech Lead / Team Lead
Experience in CMS (Umbraco, Optimizely or others)
Solid knowledge of software architecture and design patterns
Fluent English is mandatory (international context)
Availability to work 2 days per week from the Lisbon office
