Your Tasks
1. Manage a national client portfolio, build strong relationships with new and existing customers, and maintain regular visits to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
2. Identify new business opportunities, define and execute sales strategies, conduct prospecting activities, and explore competitive market penetration.
3. Possess in-depth knowledge of Palfinger machinery and accessories to provide expert advice, technical support, and customized solutions.
4. Use CRM and CPQ/ERP platforms to manage the full sales cycle, record sales activities, prepare commercial offers, and ensure proper documentation and compliance.
5. Work closely with other departments for customer satisfaction, participate in industry events and training, and actively engage in commercial campaigns.
Your Qualification
6. A couple of years' experience in the commercial area of the automotive or industrial sector.
7. Professional technical training or studies in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
8. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools and document management.
9. Proactive, responsible, and initiative-driven personality with strong communication and negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and dealers.
10. Willingness and availability to travel nationally and within Europe.
11. Excellent Portuguese and English language skills.
