Content Moderator Role in Lisbon
As a Content Moderator, you will play a vital role in ensuring online safety and quality experiences for users on our e-commerce platform.
Our team is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented individual who can review user-generated content to ensure it aligns with internal policies, legal regulations, and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
* Review user-generated content to ensure alignment with internal policies, legal regulations, and quality standards.
* Apply rational decision-making to assess and escalate sensitive or non-compliant content.
* Develop expertise on the platform's products, services, and standards to ensure optimal moderation accuracy.
* Work within agreed service levels and targets, ensuring quick turnaround without compromising quality.
* Adapt to frequent policy updates and operational changes in a fast-paced environment.
* Support the community by keeping the platform safe and compliant while delivering empathetic communication.
* Manage spikes in content volumes during peak times.
Requirements:
* Native level of French and a solid B2 level of English required for internal communication.
* Experience in content moderation, customer service, or a related field is beneficial.
* Strong understanding of the e-commerce environment and customer expectations.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* High level of empathy, focus, and resilience when handling sensitive material.
* Flexible working hours, comfortable with a 24/7 rotating schedule including weekends and 2 rotating days off per week.
* Ability to work with shifting guidelines and processes in a dynamic team setting.
