BIOFRACTAL is looking for an Administrative Lead to help build and run the operational backbone of our company.

We're looking for a highly organized, proactive, and personable professional with strong English communication, customer service, IT/digital skills, and experience in international business processes.
This role supports customer service interactions, invoicing, payments and payables, financial coordination, and sample logistics in a growing startup environment.
We're especially interested in candidates who can intelligently use AI tools, automation, and digital systems to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve quality and speed of execution.
The Opportunity
As Administrative Lead, you'll play a central role in ensuring Biofractal operates smoothly across customer service, administration, financial data coordination, invoicing, payments support, and sample logistics.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure, clarity, and reliability to a growing company while maintaining a positive and professional experience for customers and partners. We see this as a role for a highly efficient operator: someone who not only manages processes well, but continuously improves them.
Ideal candidates will have:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Life Sciences, or a relevant field
• Native or professional level English (written and spoken)
• Experience in international customer service, operations, administration, or business processes
• Strong organizational and problem solving skills
• A demonstrated ability to deliver high customer satisfaction
• Confidence with digital tools and process automation
• Ideally, experience in biotechnology, life sciences, or other science driven sectors
