Responsabilities
Analyze, design, and optimizebusiness processesin collaboration with cross-functional teams
Contribute to thedesign and implementation of process improvementsusing Appian-based applications
Performend-to-end testingfor new application features and enhancements
Provideend-user supportfor live applications, ensuring continuity and issue resolution
Document and communicateprocess changes, including process flows, SOPs, and performance metrics, to stakeholders
What are we looking for?
Hands-on experience withbusiness process modeling and mapping tools(process flows, SOPs, KPIs)
First significant experience with Appian-based applications(Business Analyst or Process Consultant context)
Knowledge ofprocess improvement methodologiessuch as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks
Experience inend-to-end testingof application features and enhancements
Ability todocument, communicate, and present process changesto key stakeholders
