* Support operational due diligence, integration, and carve-out projects, identifying synergies and value creation opportunities.
* Implement integration strategies for day 1 readiness and 100-day plans, leveraging expertise in continuous improvement methodologies.
* Design revised organizational structures and target operating models, driving efficiency and margin improvements through re-engineering current operating models.
* Mentor professionals in project management and continuous improvement methodologies, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Clear understanding of due diligence, integration, and carve-out processes.
* Competences in continuous improvement (Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Design Thinking).
* Strong project management capabilities (PMI certification is a plus).
