As a Product Owner for OpRe, you will serve as the central point of convergence, facilitating cross-functional topic coordination and ensuring timely follow-up even in siloed environments.
You will be instrumental in aligning support teams and vendors with business needs, fostering collaboration and efficient delivery.
Main responsibilities
1. The Product Owner oversees the squad's performance, ensuring it has the necessary resources to accomplish its mission effectively.
2. You are the agility ambassador and accountable owner of delivery, engagement, customer value, and alignment with the product lifecycle.
3. Closely collaborating with the Product Manager, you will translate product strategy into deliverables that meet business objectives.
4. You will maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders to improve the solution and develop new functionalities, promoting the product's value to key entities.
5. Managing vendor relationships and roadmaps is a critical aspect of this role.
6. You will identify required skills and experience levels (Business Analysts, builders, experts, developers) needed for your product.
7. Effective backlog management, prioritizing customer needs, and optimizing delivery velocity are essential components of this position.
8. As an evangelist of continuous improvement, you will foster a mindset of excellence within our teams and drive results through KPIs.
Requirements
9. A solid track record of managing SaaS solutions is essential.
10. Proven experience in coordinating team members, working in geographically dispersed environments, and collaborating with onshore and offshore delivery centers.
11. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are crucial.
12. Experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks/methodologies is highly desirable.
13. Soft skills such as resilience, eagerness to drive complex topics, commitment, customer-first mindset, courage, and integrity are vital.
