Your new role
As Finance Manager, you will oversee all financial operations and play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance, investor communication, and strategic planning. Reporting to the Partner and to the General Director, you will manage the full scope of the finance department.
Key responsibilities:
Oversee accounting, treasury, and financial reporting processes
Develop and maintain business plans and cash flow projections
Manage investor communications and prepare financial updates
Ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements
Support HR corporate activities (excluding recruitment processes)
Coordinate with banks and investors to secure financing and maintain relationships
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance, or related fields
Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance roles, ideally with 3 / 4 years in audit
Advanced proficiency in MS Office
Strong knowledge of financial processes and compliance
Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with senior stakeholders
Fluency in English
