About the Role We're looking for a motivated, creative and hands-on Global Business Developer to join our growing team.
You'll play a key role in driving growth, shaping customer experience, and helping us scale our operations while maintaining the design-driven, high-quality standard that defines Outland.
Key Responsibilities Manage client relationships from first contact via email, whatsapp or social media using our CRM system and answer any questions they may have.
Guide customers through the process of technical review, land evaluation, permit application, manufacturing, delivery, installation and final hand-over.
Collaborate with architects, engineers and lawyers to coordinate project feasibility, timelines and finishing choices.
Support internal processes: permitting, site preparation, manufacturing schedule, delivery logistics.
Contribute to marketing & storytelling (website, pitch decks, socials).
Provide feedback to improve product-market fit and operational efficiency.
Support financing/financial-offer evaluations for clients if relevant.
Identify and engage new business opportunities — partnerships, land-owners, distribution channels, or market segments.
What You Bring Passion for architecture, design, sustainability and vacation housing.
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
Startup mindset: hands-on, proactive, adaptable.
Experience in sales, business development, project management or real-estate is a plus.
Fluency in English;
Portuguese is a plus.
