Workplace: Lisbon (Hybrid) Responsibilities: – Develop and implement advanced T-SQL procedures and functions, ensuring efficiency and scalability; – Design and build Power BI reports and dashboards (Operational, Strategic, and Analytical) using DAX, Power Query, and advanced data modeling; – Define and implement best practices, guidelines, and repeatable processes to promote efficiency and quality; – Deliver insights that support the business in monitoring KPIs and making informed, data-driven decisions; – Create complex DAX calculations and measures to support data analysis; – Ensure data security and compliance with best practices; – Diagnose and resolve issues in Power BI reports; – Ensure the reliability and performance of developed reports and dashboards for both internal and external users.
Profile: – Higher education in Information Technology or a related field; – Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Enterprise environment or 5 years in any industry; – Strong command of T-SQL (advanced level) and performance optimization; – Solid experience with ETL processes; – Proficiency in developing and tuning Power BI dashboards, datasets, DAX, and SQL for performance optimization; – Knowledge of Python and C#; – Fluency in English and Portuguese; – Autonomy, proactivity, and motivation; – Strong analytical skills and critical thinking; – Commitment to quality and excellence in testing; – Team spirit and results-oriented mindset; – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
