As our Community and Marketing Manager, you'll be at the forefront of building and energizing Matrix One's community across platforms and products, including Avatar.One, Chain News, and Sam the AI Agent meme coin. Your role will blend creativity, strategy, and hands-on engagement as you shape and expand our community's presence across Discord, X (formerly Twitter), and Reddit. You'll lead online events, foster a welcoming environment, and drive community excitement around our vision.What You'll Do:Develop and execute community and marketing initiatives that inspire engagement and loyalty, growing a global network of passionate users.Host and manage X Spaces, online meetups, and community forums to foster interaction and support for our users.Launch ambassador programs, events, and competitions, helping fans become evangelists for Matrix One.Manage and nurture communities across Discord, X, and Reddit, ensuring they are friendly, interactive, and informative.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver community-driven marketing campaigns, share updates, and support product launches.What You Bring:Experience: 3-5 years in community management, marketing, or a similar role, ideally within AI, gaming, Web3, or the immersive tech space.Skills: Stellar verbal and written communication, with a knack for building and sustaining online communities.Mindset: Passionate about people, an active listener, and a proactive relationship builder with a track record of community growth.Know-How: Familiar with community platforms and analytics, with an understanding of engagement KPIs to track and boost performance.Self-Driven: Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple projects and time zones.What We Offer:Competitive salary, equity, and token package.Hybrid role in Portugal with a blend of office and remote work flexibility.
